Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead CBTC signalling T&C activities for key rail projects, including JRL, CRL, and RTS Link. You will develop and execute T&C strategies, oversee FATs and SATs, coordinate with regulators, operators, and suppliers, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Railway Systems and 10+ years' experience are required, with

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in testing and commissioning urban railway signalling, CBTC GoA 4.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Experience with LTA standards and regulatory processes in Singapore.
Prior experience with Siemens CBTC solutions and functional safety training.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all T&C activities for CBTC signalling systems.
Develop and manage T&C strategies, test schedules, resource plans, and commissioning roadmaps.
Oversee FATs, Site Acceptance Tests, SATs, system integration tests and dynamic testing.
Ensure compliance with safety cases and RAMS.
Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, regulator and operators to ensure communication.
Review T&C documentation and monitor KPIs.
Support safety certification activities and ISA audits.
Lead and mentor T&C engineers and supervise subcontractors on site.
Serve as Siemens single point of contact on T&C matters.
Lead interface activities with PSD, SCADA, telecoms, rolling stock during SIT.
