Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer to plan, execute, and support signalling tests for CBTC GoA4 railway projects. You will handle test planning, dynamic testing, safety validation, and final commissioning while ensuring compliance with project standards.

You will collaborate with Design and Integration teams, prepare test specifications, and maintain detailed test records. Flexibility for night shifts and site access windows will be required in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in railway signalling T&C, preferably on CBTC systems.
• Solid understanding of signalling concepts, train control logic, and CBTC operations.
• Experience with test execution, logging, defect analysis and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and support all Testing & Commissioning activities related to the signalling system of CBTC GoA4 railway projects.
• Develop and implement T&C plans aligned with safety milestones and project needs.
• Prepare test specifications, procedures, and validation matrices; verify test requirements with interfacing teams.
• Ensure readiness of test equipment, configurations, and software versions; log results and anomalies.
• Contribute to safety documentation and system acceptance evidence; support pre-revenue operations and SAT/ORR activities.
