  • Position : Catering Sales Executive (Hospitality/Events/F&B)
  • Location : Office in Ubi Near Ubi MRT (Need to travel to Chinatown & Changi Business Park outlet)
  • Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 8.30am to 5:30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 +Commission + Transport reimbursement Variable bonus + 14 days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow catering sales across corporate, institutional, and social segments.
  • Proactively source new business leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per client.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultation on catering packages, menu options, and event requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long‑term relationships with clients through regular engagement and follow‑ups.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized catering solutions and packages.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies to position the company competitively.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.
  • Work closely with kitchen, logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering orders.
  • Provide clients with event updates and post‑event follow‑ups to maintain satisfaction.
  • Resolve any client concerns promptly to protect business relationships.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or F&B‑related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in F&B, catering, hospitality or events.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
