Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to ensure smooth catering operations and logistics for events. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the catering line, strong interpersonal skills, and a diploma or GCE 'A'/'O' Level. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, food quality, and compliance with hygiene standards. This role requires willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, alongside a Class 3 driving license.

Catering Operations Manager

Work Days: 5 days (including weekends)

Salary: $4,300 to $4,900

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients’ needs are met
  • Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
  • Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
  • Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
  • Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
  • Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience incatering line or hotel catering services
  • Possess Diploma/GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Class 3 driving license
