Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end catering operations, from setup to teardown.
- Support logistics planning for multi-site deliveries and events.
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and shift planning across functions.
- Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement.
- Analyze operational data to support decision-making and cost control.
