The Role

We're seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality across our Tingkat, and buffet catering menus. You'll oversee menu development, kitchen staff, food safety standards, and production workflows to meet our growing demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine daily Tingkat menus and catering offerings that align with our premium, family-friendly brand
  • Lead kitchen team in meal preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and food cost controls
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards (SFA compliance)
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with operations team on production planning and capacity management
  • Innovate seasonal menus and special offerings based on customer feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a head chef or senior kitchen role
