Make an impact by

  • Develop category strategies to drive cost optimization and manage supply risks.
  • Perform supply market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier base analysis.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.
  • Identify joint sourcing opportunities with other business units.
  • Lead sourcing activities for assigned categories, including defining scope, supporting technical evaluations, conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Legal on contracting.
  • Manage contracting processes in collaboration with Legal and relevant parties.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; manage and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor, manage, and drive supplier performance in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead regular business reviews and engagements with key suppliers.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
  • Experience in data centre, construction, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment procurement.
  • Strong experience in negotiations and contracting.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
