Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the chemical industry with at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
• Experience in catalyst technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop optimal technical designs for catalysts.
• Ensure designs meet competitive market needs.
• Provide professional services to catalyst customers, including supervision of catalyst filling and plant start-up.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct onsite measurements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert consultation on catalyst applications and performance optimization.
• Prepare and update operational manuals and procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field
