Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking experienced Catalyst Supervisors with strong Gulf and Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas exposure. The role requires hands-on catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading during plant turnarounds and shutdowns.

Responsibilities include supervising operators, ensuring Safety First, and coordinating with QA/QC and safety teams on site. A degree in engineering and fluent English are preferred along with experience in petrochemical projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Gulf + Saudi experience in Oil & Gas field.
• Experience in Petrochemical projects (India experience preferred).
• Proven experience as Catalyst Supervisor in reputed contracting companies.
• Hands-on experience in catalyst handling operations.
• Strong knowledge of plant Turnaround and Shutdown activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading operations
• Lead catalyst technicians and drive project progress on site
• Ensure strict compliance with Safety First standards
• Work in hazardous environments with proper safety procedures
• Operate and supervise work using Breathing Air equipment
• Support plant Turnaround and Shutdown activities
• Prepare method statements and site documentation
• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams
