Job Description

• Perform essential ushering duties such as greeting, directing, and seating patrons.
• Check tickets or other modes of admission, check the auditorium areas before and after events, and miscellaneous light duties.
• Enforce house rules and address situations in a professional manner.
• Act on all feedback promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure the safety of patrons by flagging any dangerous or unsafe practice that could pose a hazard.

Qualifications

• Fluently communicate in English.
• Work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment with limited lighting, loud music, and steep stairs.
• Climb stairs and stand throughout an event – approx. 3–4 hours at a time.
• Service‑oriented, team player, patient, and proactive.
