A renowned hospitality provider in Singapore is seeking a Casual Service Attendant to handle food and beverage orders and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in guest service and possess food hygiene certification. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, preparing coffee drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and up-selling, well‑versed in all aspects of the menu.
Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Sells coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, expresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re‑designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
Experience
Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization
Other Prerequisites
Possess food hygiene and safety certification
Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
