Job Overview

Security are responsible to carry out surveillance of Service Apartment premises with the aid of CCTV system. Ensured authorized people and materials enter and exit through entrances. Provided safe entry and stay for guests. Carried out regular patrolling of hotel and its surroundings. They will do other related duties as assigned by the Guest Service Manager/ Front Office Manager. Candidate must have a Security Officer License

Responsibilities and Duties

Security Operation.

• Patrolling the Service Apartment premises (Exterior and Interior)
• Assist Bellman with guest luggage
• Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
• Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Communicate effectively with guests while maintaining excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills
• Checking the parking area and ensuring there are no unauthorized vehicles
• Ensuring all hotel doors are locked and that all rooms are properly silent
• Monitoring who enters, and who leaves, the Service Apartment
• Ensure the contractors and staff sign in and out when drawing the keys
• Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the hotel. Randomly bag check for all staffs
• Responding to calls when colleagues need assistance
• Escorting guests where necessary (e.g., if they are intoxicated and need to go to their room or if they are lost)
• Other responsibilities may apply
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assign work areas as needed
• Other related duties as assigned by the Guest Service Manager/ Front Office Manager

*Rate is at $15 per hour
