Responsibilities

• Wrap approximately 350 new textbooks following delivery.
• Maintain and repair returned textbooks.
• Shelve wrapped textbooks safely.

Job description

The Australian International School – Serangoon

Wrapping approximately 350 new textbooks (subject to change depending on delivery schedule from Purchasing)

Housekeeping of returned textbooks, including minor repairs and cleaning

Heavy lifting, pushing of trolleys, and climbing of ladders to shelve wrapped textbooks — appropriate attire and footwear are required for safety and ease of work

Period:1 December 2025 – 12 December 2025 - Wrapping of new arrival Textbooks est 350 copies

7 January 2026 - 9 January 2026 - Preparing Year 6, 7 & 8 pre-scanned textbooks

14 January 2026 - 16 January 2026 - Moving 507 packs of ready scanned textbooks to classroom.

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (lunch break: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm)
