About the Role

As a Cashier at Gain City, you will play an essential role in creating a smooth and positive shopping experience for our customers. You’ll be the friendly face at the checkout counter, assisting customers with their purchases, processing payments accurately, and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently. Beyond cashiering, you will also support store operations by coordinating with retail staff, handling product inquiries, and staying updated on promotions and reward programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide friendly service.
  • Assist with checkout and handle payments.
  • Answer basic customer queries at the cashier counter.
  • Process cash, card, and reward redemptions accurately.
  • Coordinate with staff for price checks or product info.
  • Keep simple records and balance cash at the end of the day.
