We are hiring a Regional Cash Sales professional to drive transaction banking growth for Japanese multinational clients across the Asia‑Pacific region. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, expanding wallet share, and delivering cash management and liquidity solutions through a consultative, client‑centric approach.
The role involves originating and executing cash management opportunities with Japanese corporates, working closely with relationship managers, in‑country sales teams, and Japan HQ to identify cross‑border needs and convert them into revenue. You will develop tailored proposals and presentations in both Japanese and English, coordinate with product and implementation teams to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions, and provide structured reporting on pipeline and client activity. Staying close to market developments and client feedback, you will also contribute to product enhancements and broader transaction banking strategy.
Candidates should have 7–10 years of relevant transaction banking or cash sales experience, strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to sell across products and geographies.
