About the Role

My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective oversight of Welfare Homes and Transitional Shelters, and contribute to maintaining service standards and compliance under the Social Residential Homes Act.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support officers in conducting developmental checks, inspections, and on-site assurance work at Welfare Homes and Transitional Shelters.
  • Manage and document incidents of a less serious nature, including preparing submissions to Management.
  • Assist in organising engagement sessions for residential network partners and regular meetings.
  • Compile, collate, and analyse data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties, including maintaining records, sending reminder emails, and taking minutes during meetings.
Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Welfare Homes and other stakeholders on policies, measures, and requirements.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage data accurately.
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
