Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient and smooth running of the factory activities.
• Plans and organises production schedules.
• Updates production daily progress report to achieve optimum manpower utilization.
• Oversees the production process.
• Ensures the production timeline is within schedule of handover.
• Maintains housekeeping in the workshop.
• Reads and understands construction drawings, sketches.
• Delegates jobs to the production team and ensures fabrications deadline is met.
• Goes through design and construction drawings with designers and architects.
• Carpenter’s manpower allocation based on their skillset.
