About the Role

We are seeking a Cargo Coordinator to manage and oversee warehouse operations for air cargo shipments. You will work closely with a team of cargo handlers, ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and documentation processes while maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee cargo shipments in the warehouse, either manually or using a forklift.
• Check shipment documentation and real-time data to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Attend to inquiries from airlines, agents, and third parties, and follow up on any issues.
• Supervise a team of cargo handlers, ensuring timely and safe handling of all shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent experience in warehouse operations.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Able to multitask and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work permanent shift schedules, including evenings and nights.
• Required to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: $2,600 and above
• Monthly Variable Shift Allowance: $12 (PM shift) / $20 (midnight shift) per shift
• Annual Variable Shift Allowance (AWS)
• Annual Performance Bonus: 1–3 months
• Annual Leave: 12 days
