ONE Career Development Program (ONE CDP) was conceptualized with this aim of bringing talents onboard ONE as Liner Business Generalists where they will be developed to learn the intricacies of the business through job rotation among different departments and offices globally.

Successful candidates are required to be functionally and geographically mobile.

As part of ONE CDP Singapore, we are now hiring Senior Executive, Global Sales Process who will then be further rotated.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage business requirement priorities relative to Salesforce (CRM system) & Looker (Business Intelligence tool) Product upgrade SPRINT cycle on behalf of Global Sales Process engaging respective Product Development teams as needed
  • Collaborate with Global Sales Process and Regional Sales stakeholders on raising and translating User-Stories clearly into Product teams to ensure business value is delivered
  • Gather additional information (where needed) to form complete and clear User Stories to aid development planning
  • Take part in Monthly Regional Global Sales Process sessions with regional teams to hear and clarify Salesforce & Looker functionality requirements
  • Participate in fortnightly Sales and Service transformation discussions particularly those that involve SalesForce & Looker product development requirements
  • Drive Sales data hygiene Improvement initiatives such as but not limited to Customer contact management
Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • 3 years of experience preferably in a customer / commercial orientated sector
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot table, etc.)
  • Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to elicit and translate requirements into actionable tasks
  • Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Avid interest in digital and technological trends
  • Strong G-Suite working knowledge and experience in Jira / Looker / Signavio / Salesforce related CRM systems a preference
  • Interest in Maritime sector especially relating to Commercial operations
