Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec/ Diploma in any relevant field.
• Keen in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in inpatient wards
• Provide direct patient care including personal hygiene, feeding assistance, repositioning, and mobility support
• Perform and accurately document patients' vital signs and basic clinical observations
• Assist in patient admissions, examinations, procedures, transfers, and discharges
• Support nursing and clinical procedures, including wound care assistance, IV related support, bladder scans, and emergency response initiation
• Coordinate ward activities such as bed management, patient movements, and visitor management
• Provide basic patient and family education on ward orientation and infection control practices
• Perform clerical and documentation support, including medical records handling and discharge related tasks
