Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Care Support Associate (Renewable Contract) to provide personalized nursing care in a hospital setting in Singapore. You will assess patient needs on admission and throughout the stay, plan and implement care, and document progress to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Ideal candidates are SNB-registered nurses with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, experienced in acute care, and willing to work 3 rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from SNB-approved institutions.
• Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' needs on admission and daily during stay.
• Plans and implements care according to assessed needs.
• Monitors patient progress and documents care and outcomes.
• Delivers safe and competent nursing care.
• Participates in physicians rounds and discusses patient progress.
• Carries out treatments and investigations as prescribed.
• Collaborates with physicians and health-care staff for coordinated care.
• Provides patient and family education on health and prevention.
• Ensures continuity of care and follow-ups.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Supervises nursing students and junior staff.
