Overview

  • Develop and integrate Green Manufacturing Index across our customer exiting and new automated machines, tracking energy intensity, carbon intensity, and utilization efficiency.

Integrated machine energy data from PLC/SCADA into MES and corporate sustainability dashboards.

Reduced carbon intensity through process optimization and energy efficiency initiatives.

Understand and work together with customers to implement all machines with energy monitoring system to reduce and manage carbon emissions, aligned with government direction.

Practical guidance to customers on managing energy efficiency.

Supply low-carbon equipment specifications for new automation projects.

Manage research proposals evaluation, project reviews and management.

Proven track record in implementing machine-level energy and carbon metrics, ensuring carbon tax compliance, and integrating sustainability KPIs into automated production environments.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree related to Engineering or Sciences - preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in either business or research roles related to the above discipline.
  • Able to work independently and a strong team player.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, excellent problem solving and analytical skills and able to multi-task.
  • Values integrity, teamwork and excellence.
  • Knowledge in energy consumption, monitoring hardware and software is a must.
  • Track record in developing machine-level energy monitoring systems is desirable.
