The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of supervisory experience and is proactive in problem-solving. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or service capacity.
• Experience as equipment maintenance technician is preferred.
• Hardworking, reliable, proactive, and an excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement.
• Provide instruction and supervision to staff in the proper handling of equipment.
• Ensure safety standards are followed.
• Handle on-site cash.
• Keep records of daily receipts and employee time.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Participate in washing and polishing during peak periods.

Job Scope:

• Provided instruction and supervision to staff in the proper handling of the car wash equipment

• Handle on-site cash
• Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used
• Resolves customer complaints
• May participate in washing, polishing, and performance of other services during peak periods.
