Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to both retail and corporate sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
  • Establish and track sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement corrective measures to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients, ensuring personalized and premium service.
  • Continuously enhance sales processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, after-sales service, and other internal teams, as well as dealers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Oversee sales budgets effectively while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive the sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
  • Adaptability to the fast-paced working environment and changing market conditions and internal priorities.
