About Us:

We are a growing used car dealership in Singapore focused on providing a transparent and hassle‑free car buying and selling experience. We are looking for a hands‑on and responsible Operations Executive to support daily dealership operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle LTA documentation, ownership transfers, and ensure timely completion of all paperwork.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, inspections, servicing, grooming, and logistics with workshops or vendors.
• Manage and update car listings on platforms such as sgCarMart, Carousell, and internal systems.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Assist with customer appointments, test drives, and aftersales follow‑ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O‑Level / Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry or car dealership operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of LTA processes, car sales workflow, and documentation.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Possession of a Class 3/3A driving licence is a strong advantage.
