Job summary

Jet Aviation in Singapore invites applications for a Falcon 7X Captain. You will command Falcon 7X operations, upholding safety, service excellence, and professionalism across international flights.

Reporting to Flight Operations, you’ll ensure adherence to manuals, regulations, and safety standards while coordinating with cabin crew and maintaining meticulous flight logs. The role requires an ATPL with current Falcon 7X rating, 5,000 hours total, 500 PIC on type, and a Class 1 Medical.

Qualifications

• ATPL with a current Falcon 7X type rating.
• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 500 hours PIC on Falcon 7X.
• Valid FAA, EASA, or UK-issued pilot licence.
• Strong knowledge of Falcon 7X systems and regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience operating international flights.
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Your Opportunity:

Step into an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Falcon 7X Captain, where you will take command of aircraft operations with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and service excellence. As part of our elite flight operations team, you will operate the Dassault Falcon 7X, delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients while maintaining operational excellence and uncompromising safety standards.

Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless flight operations while representing the company with the highest level of professionalism.

Main Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft.
• Ensure all flight operations are conducted in accordance with company procedures, Operations Manual (FOM), applicable aviation regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure all crew members are properly positioned at their assigned stations prior to take-off, final approach, and landing.
• Ensure no crew member performs duties unrelated to the safe operation of the aircraft during critical phases of flight.
• Ensure flight data and cockpit voice recorder systems are not disabled or erased unless required for the preservation of data during an incident or accident investigation.
• Effectively coordinate flight crew duties to promote strong teamwork, situational awareness, and sound airmanship.
• Maintain accurate navigation and compliance with prescribed minimum altitudes and operational limitations.
• Ensure proper operation and handling of all aircraft systems in accordance with the Falcon 7X Aircraft Flight Manual and company procedures.
• Enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures and checklist discipline.
• Monitor fuel requirements to ensure sufficient reserves are maintained for safe completion of the flight.
• Maintain close coordination with cabin crew to ensure all passenger safety and service requirements are met.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of flight documentation, including flight and technical logs.
• Submit required reports relating to incidents, accidents, or operational occurrences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, company procedures, and operational practices.
• Represent the company with the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, conduct, and appearance.
• Ensure all passengers receive appropriate safety briefings and are familiar with emergency procedures and equipment.

Minimum Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) with a current Dassault Falcon 7X type rating.
• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on type.
• Valid FAA, EASA, or UK-issued pilot licence.
• Strong knowledge of Falcon 7X aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and operational safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience operating international flights and in varied operational environments.
• Strong commitment to safety, service excellence, and operational integrity.
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Work Environment

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
