Job Description:

• To provide excellent service on dining experience to guests
• Mingle and chat with guests
• Proactive and highly responsive to guests’ needs and ensure their satisfaction
• Learn the menu and offer suggestions and recommendations such as beverage pairing
• Arrange table setting according to meal types and prepare turnover for next guest
• To understand the operations fully and be rotated between bar, floor, and alfresco area
• Can lead and train part-timers on duty
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and ensure service counters are presentable at all times
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Be fun and outgoing!

Requirements:

• Cheerful, outgoing and energetic with a great smile
• Familiar with Spanish cuisine would be an added advantage
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Team player in a diverse work environment
• Great attention to details
• Proactive approach towards guests
