Job summary

JP Pepperdine Group PTE. LTD in Singapore is seeking a Server cum Cashier to deliver friendly, efficient service at the institutional canteen. You will greet customers, assist with food service, handle payments and help maintain hygiene and order.

You will operate the POS system, process cash, credit/debit and QR payments, and perform daily cash reconciliations. The role requires basic numeracy, good communication, and the ability to work well independently or in a team across rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education preferred.
• Prior experience in food service, cashiering or F&B operations is an advantage.
• Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and service-minded.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and provide prompt and friendly service.
• Assist in food serving, portioning and replenishment at the serving counters.
• Operate the cashiering/POS system to process orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters and stations.
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure accurate service and receipts.
• Support opening/closing duties and daily operational tasks.
