Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Engineering, Project Management, Business or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in campus planning, property or real estate development, infrastructure planning, urban development or related field.
• Strong financial evaluation skills to assess master tenancy mix, asset performance and asset management strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, consultants and external agencies.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities including governance, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and implementation oversight.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decisions and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives under the Campus Vibrancy Master Plan and translate objectives into clear project plans, milestones and delivery actions.
• Manage delivery of campus development projects, including MRT integration, housing, public realm enhancements and heritage revitalisation.
• Oversee project planning, governance, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and reporting across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate academic and administrative stakeholders, consultants, government agencies and external parties to support timely delivery.
• Prepare strategic proposals, reports and recommendations for senior management and governance committees.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across planning, design, infrastructure, operations, mobility and other functions for integrated campus outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and risks, and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Support the university’s transition from master planning to implementation through strengthened programme coordination and stakeholder engagement.
