Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd invites applications for the Assistant Campus Manager - Facilities Operations in Singapore. The role supports the Campus Manager across facilities, safety, and vendor management to ensure a safe and cost-efficient campus environment that supports high-quality teaching.

You will work with academic leadership to align operations with regulatory requirements, manage daily maintenance, coordinate external services, and contribute to long-term campus planning and safety

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Facilities Management) required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or willingness to undertake is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations relating to Building Management and Regulations including Fire Safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with school principals and academic leaders to meet operational and functional needs.
• Coordinate shared spaces and ensure equitable support across schools.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor performance, including outsourcing contracts.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure compliance across facilities teams.
• Support campus budgeting, procurement, and long-term maintenance planning.
