Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange camp facilities for activities.
• Coordinate with facilitators and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage distribution, collection, and proper storage of equipment.
• Assist with emergency procedures and participant safety.
• Check and maintain equipment; report issues for repair.
• Work with maintenance to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Prepare sleeping quarters, dining areas, and activity spaces.
• Coordinate with caterers for meals and dietary needs.
• Break down and store equipment after each camp.
• Provide general administrative support and other assigned duties.
