A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service position. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining CRM records, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates should have at least an O-Level qualification and preferably 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment. This role involves rotating shifts and offers a salary of $2,600.

Duration: ASAP (1 year)
Work Hours (Rotating Shifts):
8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) | 8:30am to 1:30pm (Alternate Saturday)
8:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, including providing information, answering enquiries, and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate call records using CRM systems.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolutions.
Coordinate with other departments for follow‑ups or escalations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Minimum O-Level qualification.
Preferably 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Call Centre.
