A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Call Centre representative in Singapore to support government customer service. The role involves handling calls, providing solutions, and ensuring caller satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a passion for customer service and an ability to manage stress effectively. Starting salary is up to $2,600 per month with potential incentives.
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Able to work for 5.5 days work week
Passionate in customer service role.
Able to handle in a stressful and fast pace environment.
Salary - Starting from $2400 per month(Up to $2,600)
KPI incentive of up to $250 will be given upon confirmation staff.
