Job summary

A local recruiting firm in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Associate to handle calls and assist customers in a bank environment. Job description

Location: Raffles Place
Contract: 6 months
Pay: Basic salary up to $3,800 + Shift allowance $20/day* + Up to 1-month performance bonus upon completion

Work Days: Any 5 days in a week (incl. Public Holidays)
Working Hours: 8am – 10:30pm (shift-based, 9 hrs/day incl. 1 hr lunch)
Shift intervals: 8am, 9am, 10am, 1:30pm
Training: 3-4 weeks, 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm Fri
