Job description

Salary: $2,600 – $2,800

Location: Ubi / Central

Work Schedule:

• 8:30am – 6:00pm (Office hours) OR

• Shift hours, 5 days/week (including 1 weekend) OR

• Part-time: 4 hours/day (5 days/week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone
  • Handle incoming calls through softphone system (Avaya)
  • Accurately record call details and customer information into the system
  • Understand customer needs and provide timely, satisfactory solutions
  • Escalate recurring issues to supervisors for follow-up and resolution
  • Support ad-hoc contact centre projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with prior customer service or office administration experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, customer-oriented attitude
