This is an in house call center position !

Permanent position! Job stability ! Not on project basis.

Yearly pay increment , AWS + up to 3 months variable + performance bonus.

Job Description
  • Handle and resolve all customer queries received via phone or email effectively and promptly
  • Where first call resolution is not possible, follow up closely with internal parties for required resolution before reverting to the customer.
  • Ensure that all customer queries and any follow-up interactions are logged into the system accurately and timely
  • Proactively elevate query trends or potential issues to team lead/manager
  • Perform other assigned duties and/or project work
Requirement
  • Min education : GCE N Levels, GCE O Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma
  • Any customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
