Call Centre Agent (General Enquiries Hotline)

Job Responsibilities

You will support the Call Centre Department by answering and managing calls, faxes, and emails from members of the public, patients, staff from other government agencies, and health institutions, including internal staff. Your role involves handling general enquiries and emergency activations with the highest service quality and operational standards.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing calls promptly, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies
  • Directing calls to appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating contact details and relevant information in the Call Centre Enquiry System
  • Handling and resolving complaints
  • Performing emergency activations (e.g., Code Blue, Trauma, Acute Stroke)
  • Reporting faults on telecommunication equipment
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • NITEC in any discipline; a Diploma in any discipline will be recognized for senior positions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
