Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service role. You will be responsible for receiving fault calls, documenting details, and adhering to established procedures. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential. This position requires flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in a call center or helpdesk is an advantage.
