Job description

Position: Call Center Operator
Work Location: Jalan Bahar
Work Days & Time: Shift work – 2 days’ work and 2 days off (1st Shift - 10 am to 10 pm and 2nd Shift -10 pm to 10 am)

Role and Responsibilities

• To manage feedback received on alleged Tobacco / Vape related offences via specific hotlines and email addresses.
• Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
• On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
• Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up.
