About the Role:

We are seeking a Calibration Data Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of calibration and maintenance data. You will be responsible for updating and verifying key records, supporting the team in maintaining compliance with industry standards and facilitating smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Check and verify calibration and maintenance data accuracy within our system against commissioning protocols.
  • Work Order Review: Review calibration work orders, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented and up to date.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform checks on calibration records, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all entries.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in calibration or maintenance data promptly.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in maintaining comprehensive and organized documentation for calibration and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal auditing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., calibration, maintenance, quality control, or data entry).
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data with precision.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Word.
  • Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of calibration procedures, maintenance processes, or industry standards
  • Prior experience in calibration or maintenance-related functions
