Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Food Technologist/Senior Food Technologist in Singapore to work on the application of emulsifiers for cake products. Responsibilities include developing new bakery recipes, conducting product evaluations, and providing technical support. Candidates must have relevant R&D experience in baking, a degree in food science, and be willing to travel. This role offers a salary of S$3,800 - S$4,800 and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in R&D for Food Technologist; 5 years for Senior Food Technologist.
  • Ability to travel overseas for projects.
  • Experience focusing on cake products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new food improvers and formulations.
  • Troubleshoot at internal and external sites.
  • Liaise with sales to provide technical advice.
  • Develop innovative concepts based on trends.
  • Conduct live demonstrations at bakery seminars.
