Role Summary

We are seeking a meticulous, hands‑on Baker to produce consistent, high‑quality baked goods while upholding food safety, hygiene and our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily production of breads, cakes, cookies and pastries according to recipes, SOPs and quality standards.
  • Prepare, scale and mix doughs/batters; proof, bake, cool and finish products with minimal wastage.
  • Conduct in‑process quality checks—texture, bake colour, internal temp, visual finish.
  • Maintain strict hygiene: cleaning schedules, utensil/equipment sanitation, pest‑prevention routines.
  • Support R&D trials and seasonal launches; provide feedback on process efficiency and shelf life.
  • Coordinate with Inventory/Procurement to monitor stock levels and raise requisitions.
  • Uphold workplace safety and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years’ professional baking or pastry production experience.
  • Strong discipline in food safety and documentation (HACCP/GMP).
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage, otherwise training will be arranged
  • Team player with good communication and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • WSQ certifications in Baking/Pastry or equivalent.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
