Job summary

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and achieving monthly targetsof the caféand alloperational activities as assigned.

• Managing staff's work schedules
• Conducting dailyinspections of the coffee bar to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
• Controllinginventory and ensuring Cafefood supplies and essentials are adequately stocked and wastage is controlled
• Submit all administrative documentationlike orders, invoices, staff hours etc
• Reviewing diners’ feedback to improve menu or customer service
• Maintain and renew all required licenses, permits and certificates
• Plan and execute paid events with key partners and clients
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2years relevant experience in similar role
• Excellent knowledge of F&B business and local regulations
• Excellent market information of F&B products and its latest
• Strong business acumen
• Barista experience compulsory
