Locations: Toa Payoh / Punggol / Tiong Bahru / Margaret Market

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and interact with all customers, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that meets Creamier’s standards.
  • Prepare coffee-based beverages, teas, and food items using Creamier's unique recipes and procedures.
  • Serve food and beverages in an efficient, friendly, and attentive manner.
  • Maintain full knowledge of the menu to make tailored recommendations to customers.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for food and beverage preparation and the ordering system.
  • Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Set up and prepare workstations before shifts begin.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintain an organized and hygienic workspace.
  • Monitor and restock inventory for daily operations, minimizing wastage and spoilage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
