You should consistently provide excellent customer service and ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit. The position requires someone who is a team player, service‑orientated, and passionate about the industry.

Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
• Provide menu recommendations to customers when asked
• Process customer orders via Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assist with setting and clearing the table for various meal periods
• Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
• Escalate customers' feedback to the shift manager
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Any other duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• At least 1‑2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
