We are looking for a passionate and driven Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring a consistently high standard of food, service, and guest experience. As the face of the store, you will foster a positive team culture, maintain operational excellence, and drive profitability—all while championing Creamier’s philosophy of happiness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of café operations, including front and back of house.
  • Achieve sales targets and control costs (labor, food, supplies) to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, NEA regulations, and company standards.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors and HQ on supply chain needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative duties (scheduling, payroll, reporting).
  • Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, actively addressing operational or safety concerns.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a café or F&B outlet.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Food Hygiene Certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
