We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Front of House Manager to join our café team! If you love great coffee, thrive on delivering genuine customer experiences, and enjoy taking ownership of a role, this could be for you.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead from the floor – set the tone for warm, attentive service while working alongside the team as a skilled barista.
  • Manage daily operations – oversee FOH flow, maintain service standards, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Customer experience – be the friendly face of the café, handling feedback with grace and building strong guest relationships.
  • Organisation & supplies – track and order inventory, manage vendors, and ensure FOH is always well-stocked.
  • Supplier management – work with suppliers to secure quality products, negotiate improvements, and find resourceful solutions to keep operations efficient and cost-effective.
  • Team management – recruit, train, and schedule part-time staff; support and motivate the team to deliver their best.
  • Ownership & accountability – take pride in the café’s success and actively contribute ideas for improvement and growth.
