As a Café Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our café and inspire your team to deliver the signature Creamier experience—one that’s heartfelt, efficient, and always joyful. You will oversee people, product, and performance to ensure every guest walks away a little happier (and life a little creamier).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the café team to deliver excellent service and uphold Creamier’s standards.

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and shift planning.

  • Monitor sales, cost, and labour performance to achieve monthly targets.

  • Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Recruit, train, and develop café staff, fostering a positive and growth-oriented team culture.

  • Coordinate with the head office on marketing, seasonal launches, and operational improvements.

  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain equipment, inventory, and café presentation at all times.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

  • Passionate about hospitality, desserts, and creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Detail-oriented, hands‑on, and comfortable managing fast‑paced operations.

  • Able to work weekends and public holidays (5 or 6‑day work week).

  • Food Hygiene Certification preferred.
