Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in well-executed dishes, and brings a calm, positive energy to the team. You’ll prepare and plate items across breakfast, brunch, and dinner service, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timing are always on point.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to EarlyAfter’s recipes, standards, and plating guidelines.
  • Manage mise-en-place for each service period (breakfast, brunch, dinner).
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation for all menu items.
  • Assist in new dish testing, R&D, and seasonal menu updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets NEA hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor food stock levels, handle deliveries, and report shortages to the Head Chef / Manager.
  • Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service team, ensuring timely order flow.
  • Uphold EarlyAfter’s brand standards and values of professionalism, teamwork, and care.
Requirements
