Our Client, operatinga high class Tea Shop is looking for a Café Assistant to manage the operations of the Shop.

Job Scope
  • Prepare and serve a variety of teas (hot, iced, and specialty blends) following standardized recipes and brewing techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea station, brewing equipment, and customer service area.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers on tea types, flavors, and pairings based on preferences.
  • Actively upsell café products—including snacks, pastries, and specialty beverages—to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality, accuracy of orders, and excellent customer service during all shifts.
Requirement
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in working in FnB industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, emphasizing premium customer service.
